This value is the physical difference in curvature between the flat and steep sides of your eye.
• Low Diff (< 0.2 mm): Eye is round like a Basketball. Lenses fit easily.
• High Diff (> 0.3 mm): Eye is oval like a Football. Standard lenses may "rock" or be unstable. Toric lenses are required to lock into this shape.
